Elle is the founder of Gold Coast Pelvic Health & Physiotherapy and has a specialised approach for the treatment of patients with pelvic floor issues using a holistic and evidence based approach.

She has attained a Master of Clinical of Physiotherapy, major in Women's Health and Continence and has completed many postgraduate qualifications in pelvic floor rehabilitation from Curtin University and the University of Melbourne, Professional certificate of conservative management of pelvic organ prolapse from the University of South Australia and advanced training in mixed urinary symptoms and urinary and pelvic pain disorders.  Additionally, she has advanced training in colorectal disorders and advanced training in pelvic floor sonography and prolapse assessment using transperineal and translabial real time ultrasound assessment for pelvic floor dysfunction, continence mechanisms, pelvic organ prolapse and levator ani functional assessment and patient biofeedback education. 

Elle has a special interest in pelvic pain and completed her Clinical Masters thesis examining Painful periods – Dysmenorrhea and Endometriosis. She is an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist an is an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and Continence Women’s Health Group is currently on the Queensland branch council and the Australia colleague of Physiotherapy Educational Quality Transitional  Standing Committee.

Elle has over 7 years of experience in managing complex musculoskeletal and pelvic floor issues for both women and men. Many patients throughout Australia travel interstate for second opinions and management of pelvic floor conditions when other therapies and surgeries have not been successful. She has a strong musculoskeletal, exercises and rehabilitation background which provides her patients with exceptional care and management. These advanced skill sets allow her to treat both the internal and external pelvic structures and understand their inter-relationships achieving more successful outcomes for patients continence outcomes, pain outcomes and sexual health.

Elle is very passionate about pelvic floor problems, speaking at Expos, Griffith University, Gyms and running workshops for GP's, medical specilaists, gyms, personal trainers and the community to increase Women’s and Men’s understanding of the important role of the pelvic floor and Physiotherapy. She is committed strongly to working with her patients to understand their condition and overcome pelvic issues, returning them to their optimal health, whether that is sexual function, continence or pain reduction.
